In 2022, we successfully designed and implemented the survey project together with JSS. Information and communication, as well as a coherent concept for processing the results, were particularly important to us. We felt very well advised at every stage. Short-notice changes during the course of the project were always handled by JSS with flexibility, efficiency and professionalism.

One of our objectives was to measure the status quo of our corporate culture. Based on these findings, a comprehensive cultural development process was to be initiated and further supported. This was successfully achieved. The questionnaire was designed on the basis of a scientifically grounded model, enabling a wide range of focused analyses.

In addition to executive summaries including action portfolios for various stakeholder groups such as the Executive Board and the Works Council, customised analyses on the topic of corporate culture were prepared for each division.

We are currently preparing the follow-up survey for 2025 and look forward to continuing our very positive collaboration.”

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can we launch an employee survey?

This depends on the objectives and the scope of the survey. Holistically designed surveys require three to six months of preparation prior to the planned survey period.

How do you ensure acceptance and a high participation rate?

We carefully assess which communication concept is most appropriate and how to reach your employees in the most effective way. For follow-up surveys, the processing of the results from the previous survey is critical to success. Only when results have been communicated transparently and tangible positive changes have been perceived subsequently will acceptance and participation rates increase.

What results will we receive and how are they prepared?

You receive result reports for each organisational unit that has been evaluated. In addition, we prepare management summaries for departments or top management presentations as a sound basis for decision-making, for example in the context of a cultural development process. Heatmaps and multivariate data analyses complete our offering.

 

We view employee surveys as a strategic, measurement- and data-driven instrument for organisational development.

Can the employee survey be combined with other diagnostic instruments?

Yes, of course. That is precisely the point. Detached parallel processes achieve nothing and create frustration.

For example, employee surveys and our Leadership Competency Review can be effectively combined if you wish to analyse the directly influenceable leadership behaviour of your managers. This provides the starting point for a structured leadership development programme.

Are the data anonymous and GDPR-compliant?

Participation in the survey is voluntary for every employee. The survey is conducted in such a way that the anonymity of participants is always safeguarded.

JSS strictly protects the anonymity of each individual employee. The minimum threshold for reporting is generally five persons; this means that in order for an organisational unit to be evaluated separately, at least five individuals from that unit must have participated in the survey.
